1. Customer provide the project design drawing, preferred in CAD format.
2. Visualpower confirms the pixel pitch and module size splitting and cabinet splitting
3. Display resolution is calculated and controller Qty and control method is confirmed
4. LED module PCB design
5. Production of LED module and cabinets.

Special Shape LED Display Control System:

Visualpower’s Irregular Led Display Control Software AutoLED  allows the user to edit the cabinets and modules layout like you putting up a puzzle blocks in CAD files. It uses a so called WYSIWYG(What You See is What You Get) technology, which allows the content to be edited in a the real shape as the finished product layout. This is very helpful for the video designers to map the video into the LED display by media server software such as arkaos, resolume. etc. it completely subverts the current box(frame)-based program building structure,and adopts a brand new “building block” operating mode. From the software, you will be able to see all the display area of the screen and its splicing effects,and easily get all kinds of led displays connected. and this system combines all the sending and receiver card setting files into only ONE “.dp” file. which can save much time for after sales service and customer’s program setting. While the other system such as novastar needs to set a bunch of setting files and send one by one, which is too much pain.
