    1.Product Introduction

    The MIP flexible module is an integrated Mini/Micro LED display device that combines the advantages of SMD and COB. It possesses the image quality advantages of COB and the modular maintenance convenience of SMD, solving problems such as SMD’s susceptibility to impacts, lamp failure, mediocre image quality, and poor reliability and protection. It also addresses COB’s issues such as noticeable color differences when the screen is bright, difficult repairs, and inability to repair on-site.

    The VF-MIP Series incorporates flexibility, energy saving, low heat generation, thinness, and a 16:9 aspect ratio. It supports 2K/4K/8K/pixel-to-pixel resolutions and can be assembled into curved screens, cylinders, etc., according to requirements. It features dust and moisture resistance, high contrast, wide viewing angles, high reliability, and highly consistent screen brightness and blackout. Its delicate and stable image quality makes it suitable for various scenarios such as commercial displays, command and control, television studios, and interactive conferences, providing efficient and high-quality display solutions for terminal products.

    2.Product Features:

    • High contrast ratio: 15000:1, high color reproduction, high grayscale, darker background, brighter screen, making the picture more delicate and clear.

    • Wide viewing angle: The horizontal viewing angle reaches 170°, with no black spots when viewed from the side, providing a wider field of view suitable for viewing from multiple angles.

     

    • Ultra-thin and lightweight: The module is only 4.1mm thick, making it more flexible and taking up less space.

     

     

    • Common cathode design: Full flip-chip common cathode MIP module, with good stability, low power consumption and energy saving, low heat, small light decay, high brightness, and low power consumption and energy saving of 50%.

    • High protection and high reliability: Surface protection rating IP65, anti-static, shockproof, dustproof, and moisture-proof

    • Easy to clean: The surface is smooth and hard. Simply wipe the surface gently with pure water and a microfiber lint-free cloth to clean it.

    • The optimal 16:9 aspect ratio, supporting 2K/4K/8K/pixel-to-pixel resolution, is the preferred module size for command and control, conference rooms, and commercial all-in-one displays.

     

    • Die-cast aluminum enclosure: Equipped with die-cast aluminum to enhance screen flatness, facilitate easy installation, and support inner curved screens, outer curved screens, and cylindrical screens.

     

    • Optional: Hard link (with die-cast aluminum cabinet)

    7.Installation details

    1. Handle with care to avoid drops and collisions. Avoid squeezing or bumping the edges of modules during assembly. Use vacuum suction cups for disassembly.
    2. Wear anti-static gloves before touching the display screen or modules. Do not touch directly with your bare hands.
    3. Do not wipe or violently strike the modules with hard or sharp objects. Plug and unplug cables gently.
    4. Do not use galvanized iron square tubing (it affects assembly accuracy). Sheet metal spray-coated enclosures or higher precision structures are recommended.
    5. The installation area must be well-ventilated. If necessary, install an air conditioner behind the screen.
    6. Keep the display screen away from moisture, corrosive acids and alkalis, strong vibrations, and strong magnetic fields. Do not place the display screen directly facing the air conditioner vent.
    7. Modules must be separated by protective partitions. Do not stack them without partitions or place them directly on the ground.
    8. The bending angle of the modules should be between 165° and 180°. Do not subject the modules to repeated, violent bending.
    9. Protect the display from rain and sun; avoid rain and immersion.
    10. Use a separate grounding wire to ensure the display screen is properly grounded.
    11. Power Supply Voltage: Common Cathode Module: 2.8V-3V (Red) / 3.8V-4V (Green/Blue).
    12. Cleaning: After turning off the power, gently wipe the surface with pure water and a microfiber lint-free cloth. Do not use chemical solvents or abrasive cloths.
    13. Power must be turned off before installation/disassembly/maintenance. Do not operate while the power is on.
    14. Operating Environment: Temperature -10℃~40℃, Humidity 20%~90%RH.
    15. Storage Conditions: Temperature -40℃~60℃, Humidity 20%~80%RH.
