Outdoor rectangle LED Display

Many outdoor buildings are with 90 degree rectangles， which requires the LED displays also follow the structure of the building and make it 90 degree seamless.

Common outdoor led modules has thickness around 35mm, while doing the cabinet, it is hard to avoid this, and there will be a black line between the two sides.

For large area displays or totems, this black line looks not good and make the whole image seem broken.

According to this problem,  Visualpower designed 45 degree angle modules to form perfect 90 degree corner and make the image seamless.

Below is common module to form 90 degree angle, limited to the module plastic frame, and water-proof consideration, the modules can not be made too thin. so it will have evident gap which is the thickness of the module.

Also considering the convenience of maintenance, the module is designed to be both front and back service, by two clips and a hexagon wrench, the module can be easily detached either from the front side or the back side. This can be very useful especially when the totem or building has limited space behind the display.
